San Antonio's Rockstar Turned Realtor®

In Today's Market, San Antonio asks, "Why Hasn't My House Sold?"

Why hasn't my house sold?

It's an all too common question for home sellers these days.  Even in the San Antonio real estate market, there are plenty of homes that just don't seem to be selling.  I saw one listing the other day that had been on the market for two and a half years.  That's a long time to wait.  With all that has happened in the economy and the housing markets, there is (as would be expected) a lot of trepidation and anxiety when listing your San Antonio home for sale.

No one wants to get stuck holding onto their home once they've made up their minds to move, so the goal is faster sales at the best possible prices.  So how does a San Antonio seller get this done?  Three key factors - price, condition, and marketing.  Watch the video for a more in depth look at how these three factors can affect the sale of your home and ideas of what you and your San Antonio Realtor ® (which, hopefully, is me) can be doing to make the sale go quicker and smoother.  Let's get these homes sold and off the market!

This video originally appeared at RErockstar.com on September 10, 2010, in the post, "San Antonio Sellers – Get Your Home Sold In Today’s Market"as part of my continuing efforts to help educate San Antonio sellers on the things I see everyday that are holding back many sellers from realizing their dreams of a quicker sale.
