Yesterday was for the buyers, today is for the sellers.
Yesterday, I wrote a post to help buyers, "Thinking of buying a home in San Antonio? Ten things you should consider." While writing it, I thought perhaps I should write something for the sellers too. So I sat down in front of my site, RErockstar.com, and thought about things from the seller's point of view. Since I had just finished telling the buyers that now was their time to buy, I wanted to be sure I also helped the seller's meet those buyer's needs and help sell their homes. So, I penned, "Ten Tips For Selling Your Home." Although it is a buyer's market, it is still possible for a seller to get the most out of their home sale. By paying attention to the details, a seller can help effect a quick sale at the right price, even in a buyer's market.

For those of you that have never visited the site, please do. RErockstar is the main site I have built for all things real estate. Its not just a blog, but also has a user-friendly home search that I think can't be beat in San Antonio (I'm biased of course). I blog different things on each blog in order to clear my head of all the thoughts I have on San Antonio and local real estate. If I did it all on just one blog, you'd probably get bored of me fast.
