San Antonio's Rockstar Turned Realtor®: Open house Saturday and Sunday - 2903 Zurich - Woods Of Alon - San Antonio TX 78230

Open house Saturday and Sunday - 2903 Zurich - Woods Of Alon - San Antonio TX 78230

April 4-5, Open House 12-3 PM - 2903 Zurich, San Antonio TX 78230

Once again I will be holding an open house this weekend at 2903 Zurich in KB Home's Woods Of Alon (just south of Wurzbach on NW Military).  There won't be any Spurs players or free ice cream this weekend unfortunately, but I'll be there, so stop on in and say hello.  This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is situated on a green belt on two sides with great views of the community's lake.  A 1.5 story (the Overland floor plan), this home has recently been reduced in price to $335,479 and features laminate wood floors, upgraded kitchen, an additional upstairs bedroom, a spacious game room, and a beautiful porch on the back of the house with mature trees and a great view.  To learn more about this house, check out the listing information and stop by to say hello.  There is also a one story Lone Star floor plan home available at 2919 Zurich, currently listed at $279,148.

Hello Matt~ You have the most information about the Woods of Alon, so I'll ask you a question.  Do you know much about the lot sizes of these homes to be? I stopped by the models today and was impressed with the homes.  They really are beautiful.  Are they "garden homes" or somewhere in between a zero line and a small yard? I forgot to ask them. I realize there is a ton of common space (which I like). Many Thanks! I just ask that you don't submit my information to any listserves :)

Jess - I answered the lot question in the other post.

A few questions and suggestions for you:

Are you thinking of building or buying one of the inventory homes? No matter which, be sure you get an inspection. If you're building be sure you're paying extra for the multiple stage Inspections.

Find a Realtor® you like to work with. I'm not saying that so that you give me the business (obviously I would like that), but I see many buyers who think they'll save buying direct from the builder. Those prices have commissions figured in so why not take advantage of someone on your side working for you? The sales reps there are working for the seller (builder). If you don't think I'm a good fit for you let me know. I'd be glad to recommend some agents I trust.

Apply for approval through them (KB Countrywide) AND at least one other lender. See who is giving you the better loan. Any questions? Post here, email me (through here) or call me (210-240-6222). Hope that helps.

I'm learning that me and the iPhone don't like each other when commenting back on ActiveRain posts.  (The formatting doesn't come through and my fingers always seem to hit the "m" instead of "n" so that I wind up with "I'm" instead of "in."  Problem fixed.
