As a real estate blogger, I read a lot of other blogs.
Although all real estate is locally based and every market has its own trends and peculiarities, the fact remains that many great agents out there are giving solid advice that can be used in any market. Although some of these posts specifically point out markets many miles away from us here in San Antonio, they are posts that you can glean information from when selling your home. Of course, no list would be complete without something I wrote (since I'm here in San Antonio), so the list is actually ten articles, not nine.
I hope you enjoy reading these articles and the style of each of the writers. They're people I read regularly and I have spoken to. They're people who I learn from everyday. They're people who I would trust to help my own clients, should they decide to move to the agent's area.

It looks like you're all caught up with Day 7 also! Good selection of posts. Very informative.
Thanks for the compilation. I'm going to enjoy reading these, myself =) This is one of the great parts of AR. All the different bloggers, styles and topics.
Great list, Matt. I have read some of these but some I have missed. Thanks for sharing. :-)
Donna - I'm actually working on a second post for my other blog as well. It was hard to pick just 9. I had about a million blogs open in front of me and I could barely decide which ones to choose.
Lisa - I even went outside of ActiveRain (Dale Chumbley maintains a blog here, but he doesn't use it a lot).
Shirley - These posts can get dangerous - so much to read, so little time!
MATT - Happy Easter & thanks for the link back. I just read Donna's comment & realized I hADN'T checked out DAY 7 yet!! I was tooooooo busy eating peeps! I just opened it up so I will check it out. Great articles above! Love it.
Kristin - Happy Easter to you too. I wish I had some Robin's Eggs, but I refuse to buy a whole bag as I will eat every last one of them 'til I'm sick. If you don't get the email you can always check the Build A Better Blog Group as I update the post, "Missing e-mails on the "31 Days To Build A Better Blog Challenge?" - Look no further.," and I try to update it first thing in the morning (often before I get the email).
Matt, your posts are becoming my second job, what with all the links you provide. Seriously, thanks. I know I'd miss some of the ones you put on our reading table.
Sherry - Sorry to weigh you down with so many links! I've been pretty excited during 31DBBB and think it can be a great exercise for everyone. I think everyone's learning something good so far, so I hope it grows as we move along.
This almost looks like a "week in review"!
Great tips, thanks for putting them all together for us.
Matt- This is a great compilation post for any seller in any market ! As Toula mentioned, it does look like a "week in review" ! Thanks so much for the mention of one of our post's in there as well ! It is an honor.
On a side note, I do not think I received the Day 7 task - was so busy yesterday visiting family will have some catching up to do. If wed did not receive it, will visit your other post !
Matt - Thanks for including my post about the ten mistakes to avoid when selling your home!
Toula - I guess you could call it the "ActiveRain past in review." I had to read a lot of posts to get to the ones I wanted.
Christopher and Stephanie - I was going to use your post about whether or not to list now or wait 'til Spring, but I had already re-blogged that, so I figured I didn't want to repeat myself.
Bill - I thought it was a great post and because it went into great length to really define the problems and gave good solutions to them as well. Your mention of not getting hung up on the small stuff was something that I think every seller could use. Its hard not to when you're selling your home, but its necessary.
