I visit a lot of communities in any given week.
A few weeks ago, after stopping by my new listing to check in on the seller, I thought I'd take a drive around and see what's happening in the Westover Hills area of San Antonio and check out some of the neighborhoods I hadn't driven through recently. Westover Hills (map) is located on the city's Northwest side and encompasses a total of 1,270 acres. There are quite a few residential developments in the area, as well as business offices and of course, Sea World. The terrain here is much more rocky than in my part of the Northwest, so I enjoy the drive through here. You really get a sense of the different terrains that make up San Antonio.
When I stopped into The Enlcave At Westover Hills, I drove the neighborhood first and snapped a few shots and then stopped by the model home to say hello to the Gehan sales rep there, Jim. I had spoken to Jim on the phone a few times before, but it was nice to meet him face to face. I toured through the model home, which is absolutely gorgeous, said my goodbyes, and went home. It's a small community of new homes and both Gehan and Legacy Homes are building in it (both in the $160K to $200K range). There are quite a few different homes for sale in the community, including some pre-owned homes.
Currently there are seven homes available for sale in The Enclave At Westover Hills (although I know Legacy has a few inventory homes that are not listed). You can view all the current homes for sale in The Enclave At Westover Hills by visiting my site, RErockstar.com.

The enclave looks great. I always find homes that have stone are very attractive looking.
Bill - This one is actually brick. A sandy stone colored brick. We have some great stone homes throughout San Antonio, especially as you begin moving towards the stone quarries in the North Central part of town and outside the county line. You on the other hand, probably see enough homes made of stone (not just surfaced with it) being in that part of the country. I always loved the old stone farm houses in Pennsylvania.
