Matt - I love the clean look of your flyers. Do you have to pay for that service through Postlets?
Christianne - No, this is the free side of postlets. You can pay for an upgrade though. I actually don't like it, I just wanted to get something up today before I got busy. I'll be writing one later this weekend and also bringing in some video.
Hi Matt... this is a nice looking lot. Great trees and topography!
Steve - It is an excellent lot as far as trees and topography. The neighborhood is gorgeous and all the lots in the immediate vicinity (except the lot next door) have amazing custom homes on them. You don't even need to worry about the area around it being filled with sub-par homes as they are already built and lived in.
Good luck with this piece of land Matt. I looks like lots are fairly reasonable in your neck of the woods.
Bill - This is actually a slightly "expensive" are for lots. Of course it doesn't compare to many others across the country in terms of price, but you can actually buy land in some parts of the city for prices that would blow your mind.
