As lightning fast as the internet is, I'm not quite as fast. I will respond to your message soon. If you need to contact me immediately, please call or text (210) 646-HOME.
As I give my clients my full, undivided attention I do not answer phone calls or emails during showings or appointments, but leave me a message and I will get back to you as quick as possible. There is nothing more annoying (in my eyes) than an agent who is yapping into the phone with one client or has their head buried in their smartphone while at an appointment with other clients.
If you are seeing this video and didn't send me an email, don't worry - you can still email me anytime!

Just talk louder so they can't hear who they're calling. I figure it makes them feel important, doctors don't even take calls.
Hi Matt... I always tell my clients that when I am with them that they have my full attention. No checking e-mails or answering calls. I also ask them to understand that I do the same for all my clients so that I hope they will be understanding if they are trying to reach me and it takes me a few hours to get back to them.
Ross - If you can't beat them, shout louder!
Steve - I do exactly the same thing and I find clients like it.
Matt... i do the same as Steve... are you talking about adding a video like this in your signature? I read your first post after this one.. thanks
Jeff - This will actually be a return page after a reader sends me email.
Sussie - It looks harder than it is. I've been working with computers since I was really young, so it gives me an advantage when figuring things out. The key is, don't panic. If you mess it up, you just have to go back and start over. I often find it's a lot easier when it's hands on as well though, so you're not alone.

Geez, Matt. You're giving me way too much work to do man! :) Still, keep the good stuff coming. I'm learning alot from these posts. Thanks.
There really ought to be a course on REALTOR Etiquette.
Okay, I tried it, Matt. I'll let you know how much feedback I get... (Thanks)
Gwen - Just checked your link out to see that it worked (and to send you a message of course). Looks good.
Awesome idea!
Matt- You've given me a lot to digest this weekend, and I don't mean turkey. Thanks for the great series.
Marcie - Turkey first, ActiveRain second. Remember that simple rule and you'll be alright.
